I love Topher Grace. He is officially my new crush. So I am laying in bed, as usual, trying to fall asleep before 11, but great TV just wasn't having it. Another Emily episode of Friends (I hate Emily) but he said Rachel's name, and she was devastated, so I actually like this Emily episode. Plus, Emily's parents are FLIPPIN' HYSTERICAL.
"Emily might not want to see you anymore, but I think you are deeeeeeeliiiiiiicious." - her mother
"I am standing right here." - her father
"Oh yes, there yoooou are." -her mother (from AbFab, she rules)
So then I get sucked into the Letterman vortex. IS THIS ANYTHING? So random, pure joy. "Hmmm, it might be something... no I don't think that is anything."
So Simon Cowell was on. SMILING. Wearing WHITE. I know it is 30 degrees in that studio, the man is insane with his shirt unbuttoned to show his feeble chest patch. WTF?
Great TV.
So I am about to shut it off, until Dave says Topher is coming out next. Damn it! No rest for the wicked. I was flipping back and forth from there to That 70's Show, so I had a Topher sandwhich. He wore a suit to Letterman and told him what a huge fan he was. That was adorkable! I just want to spoon with him and watch The Big Lebowski. Is that too much to hope for?
If you believe hard enough, and your heart is pure, wonderous things can happen.
So then I switch over to Leno (it was a mistake, it was dark and the remotes numbers have been rubbed clean by persistant use). I abhor Leno, but Nia Varadalos was on! G-FUNK MALAKAS REPRESENTIN! I love her! Can't wait to own that flick!
Ok, I had more I wanted to say, but time is running out, so I'll just have to write it down and type it out tomorrow. This is fun. I have much to say, and I am alone alot. Will you be my textile friend?
