I would kill for some Froot Loops.
So, here is the first day of the rest of my life. Again.
I am going to the gym today, I swear. Nothing is going to keep me from it! I will put away old excuses like:
I'm tired.
My iPod isn't working.
It's raining.
The lines for the elliptical machines will be too long by the time I get there.
I didn't shave my legs today.
I've just sneezed. I must be sick.
The Real World/Road Rules Challenge: Battle of the Sexes 2 marathon is on!
Yesterday, ah yesterday. A glorious day. A ha-hap-happy, sunshiney day. Dio and I layed around until 12pm, got off our asses, got ready and got outside. Immediately, I removed my coat and scarf and threw them in his trunk. No need! It was like 60-some degrees out and sunny as all get out. I don't know if I can put into words how elated I was to be walking outside sans coat, hand-in-hand with e man I love while the sun beat down on our heads. We even ended up eating in the outdoor section of El Jardin, for lands sakes! I could not get enough of being outdoors.
While we were out, I went to Rag Stock to get an outfit for the Motely Crue concert I will be attending on Thursday. It consists of:
Black fishnets
A plaid, short Catholic school girl type skirt
A white long sleeve thermal shirt with a black short sleeve shirt on top
Fingerless black mesh gloves
My new black suede/fur mid-calf lace-up ass-kicking boots
and plenty of attitude.
The funny thing is, I have to change at Dio's before we go, so his mom gets to see me like this. That should be entertaining for her. Why buy all this get -up and get dressed up for this concert? Because I can. So there.
Anyway, getting back to yesterday, it was one of my favorite Sundays EVER. It made me see a light at the end of this harsh weather tunnel. I was giddy with glee. We sat on the porch, drinking beer and wine, listening to 80s tunes and toasting passersby until it got dark.
I love my life sometimes.
New BAD BANNERS entry. I think that is everything I usually pour into these entries went. Sorry about that.
