Hey there hot stuff. After I got my gym membership in December, I cut way back on the drinking. Now I only partake one night per week, and usually it's nothing too crazy. Something between two and four beers, keeping the calorie count pretty low (all things considered). I have friends who workout so they can drink; but I prefer to workout for my health and make changes everywhere else in my life! I'll bring some AMAZING juice to the black and tan party :)

Well, I was thinking about it. I guess you shouldn't count on me so that if I do show up you will be so surprised you will pass out as if I were just de-shirted. I will let you know a little closer to the actual date. My mother's birthday is actually the next day, and she does adore me.

Don't cut out everything good! I've lost 50lbs in the last year ( most of it in the first 3 months) without depriving myself! Straight spirits are fine, or with diet mixers, as long as you really do only stick to one or two!
